TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Services
All prices are inclusive of reasonable electricity, gas and water usage.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out full travel and medical insurance for all members of you party to cover any eventuality.
Linen
We provide bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases).
Towels
Hand
towels and bath towels are provided (All towels provided at the
property must not leave the premises). Beach towels can be hired from us
at an additional cost.
Cleaning
Your accommodation will have
been checked and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. You are
expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end
of your stay.
Damage
Whilst we like to think that our guests
will treat the property as they would treat their own homes, we reserve
the right to ask for a security deposit against each occupation, the
amount is dependent on the number of people in your party. This amount
is paid with the final balance 8 weeks before the departure date. The
money is then refunded to you with in 7days of your departure from the
property by bank transfer for your convenience.
We ask you to
advise us (accidents do happen) after your stay if there were any
incidents so that we can ensure that everything is fine for our next
guests and we don’t have any surprises! Be honest if we are informed of
any accidents we will decide if a deduction is actually necessary.
Personal safety and Usage of accommodation and equipment
Clients
will take responsibility for the usage of the pool, Jacuzzi, terraces,
BBQ areas and general equipment in and around the property, insuring
their own personal safety and supervision of all minors and other
members of the party, Paradise Property Solutions and the owners of the
property will not be held responsible for any injury incurred whilst
using any of these, and that the clients (children especially) use these
at their own risk.
BBQ
For health and safety reasons to
prevent a fire hazard, BBQ’s must be cleaned after each use to ensure no
build up of grease. Paradise Property Solutions and the owners of the
property will not be held responsible for any injury incurred whilst
using the BBQ’s, and that the clients use these at their own risk.
Changeover
It
will probably be necessary for you to vacate your accommodation by
10.00am on the day of your departure; we will advise you if this is not
the case. We cannot guarantee access before 3.00pm on the day of your
arrival due to changeovers – although we will try to accommodate your
flights where possible.
Pets
Generally our policy on pets in
the accommodation is not allowed however this varies by property, please
ask at the time of booking and we will liaise with the owner.
Smoking
All of our properties are non smoking properties, you may smoke outside the property but not inside.
Booking
Upon
receipt of a booking application, we will confirm availability and
costs, including the deposit required. We will then make a provisional
booking. We can only promise to keep a provisional booking available for
7 days pending receipt of your deposit. If the deposit has not been
received after 7 days no guarantee can be made that the desired dates
will remain available. The person who is making the booking must be over
21 years old and is designated the Booker. The booker is responsible
and financially liable for any uninsured losses and damages to the
property occurring during their party’s rental.
Payment
A 25%
deposit is requested within 7 days of a provisional booking being made.
At this point the reservation will become assured. The outstanding
balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the departure date of
your holiday plus the security/damage deposit. Should your reservation
be made with less than 8 weeks remaining to the departure date, then the
full cost of the holiday will fall due for payment within 7 days of the
provisional booking being made.
Confirmation
You will receive
a receipt and booking confirmation advice as soon as your 25% deposit
has been received. This confirmation will also contain details of the
outstanding balance and the date by which the outstanding balance is
due. Following the receipt of your final balance, you will receive a
further communication to confirm the receipt of your final balance and
the details of the key collection point.
Cancellation
All
cancellations should be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to
the start of the rental period. Cancellation charges are as follows:
· 26 weeks or more to departure – Deposit refunded in full
· 12 weeks to 26 weeks to departure – Deposit forfeited
· 4 weeks to 8 weeks to departure – 50% of total cost will be charged
· Less than 4 weeks to departure – total cost will be charged.
Your payment will be refunded in full in the unlikely event of our cancellation of your holiday
We
are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday
arrangements beyond our control, for example, civil commotion, threats
of war, riots, industrial disputes, government action, the weather, or
travel delays caused by any reason.
The accommodation provided is for the use of the clients named on the booking form only
Contract of hire
All
bookings are accepted subject to the above. This in turn is deemed to
be accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party when
confirming the booking.
