MY BEST COFFEE IN TOWN?

Coffee is a special drink for Italians, we use to drink more than 5 during the day and, if invited we can never decline. My memory goes to my young age when I could smell the Bourbon coffee that my Dad (Babbo in Italian) use to prepare as a first thing, was his daily love declaration to my Mamma: coffee at the bed every day. And during the years this aroma still opening my heart and nice vibrations. This is the reason why I love to have coffee at Caffé Milano here in Javea.

It’s a small bar located in Calle Burdeos 9, very close to the new Marina at the end of the canal.

Orange and Black are the colors of the logo and the bar, modern and friendly Federica and Matt welcome all the guests with a large smile and an energetic Buongiorno!

You can smell from outside the coffee roasting, Arabica, from Guatemala, India or Brazil. And you can buy the coffee for home (never without my pink Moka!).

Sitting at the bar or in one of the tables inside or outside you can enjoy and relaxing, reading a book or using the free wi-fi.

You can watch at Federica preparing the bruschetta or the Panini, and if you are lucky sometimes you can taste a real Tiramisú. The excellence of the products is simply delicious. I invented my favorite Bruschetta: gorgonzola, speck, and rucola.

It is the first bar that decided to give to the clients’ reusable takeaway cups and the brilliant idea to use bucatini pasta as bio-straw!  They only use high-quality Italian meats and cheeses, fresh and grilled vegetables and everything is fresh, cooked to order. You can accompany our authentic food with the freshest coffee in town or with a classic Italian soft drink, amazing Molecola Italian cola (actually made with cola nut) and Menabrea Italian bottled beer.

What a great way to start the day! You really have to try!
